We have completed the shipment of two customized downhole cameras to South America, supporting local projects in geological investigation, well inspection, and engineering assessment. These systems are rotating downhole cameras with a detection depth of 1000 meters, tailored to meet the customer’s specific operational needs.
The rotating borehole camera enables direct observation of subsurface conditions that are difficult to assess using surface-based methods alone. It can clearly display rock lithology, structural features, fracture development, fault zones, and karst characteristics inside boreholes and wells. Such visual data provides valuable reference for geological interpretation, drilling evaluation, and engineering decision-making.
Our downhole camera systems are available in different depth configurations, with customization options up to 2000 meters. The camera units are designed to withstand water immersion, high pressure, and elevated temperatures, making them suitable for long-term use in complex underground environments. In oilfield applications, the system assists in checking casing integrity and identifying potential problems that may affect well safety and service life. It can also monitor the position and condition of downhole tools to ensure stable operation.
For water well maintenance and hydrogeological monitoring, the camera helps detect cracks, wall displacement, fallen objects, and filter blockage, providing clear evidence for repair and management work. The system supports real-time image monitoring and data recording, offering clear visuals and convenient operation. Under dry or clear-water conditions, the camera captures detailed color images, improving the efficiency and reliability of downhole inspections. This delivery highlights the continued demand for practical and adaptable downhole imaging solutions in international markets.
